Cybertech Contractor Benefits Overview Medical/Health Benefits Those employees who have completed 1000 hours of service are eligible to participate in Cybertech's medical reimbursement program. Eligibility is maintained for as long as the employee continues on assignment with Cybertech for thirty or more hours per week and has not incurred a break in service greater than four months. Medical reimbursements will not be paid in months you do not work during an allowed service break period. Employees are reimbursed for a portion of their actual monthly medical premium based upon the following schedule: |

Cybertech offers reimbursement for the employee's coverage only. Dependent coverage is not reimbursed. To qualify for reimbursement you must supply Cybertech with Proof of Insurance and Proof of Payment. Cybertech provides access to short-term medical coverage either through the American Staffing Association (ASA), or an alternative state-specific plan. | Vacation
Employees are eligible for paid vacation upon the completion of a minimum of 1000 hours of employment with Cybertech. Eligibility is maintained for as long as the employee continues on assignment with Cybertech for thirty or more hours per week and has not incurred a break in service greater than four months. No vacation time is accrued in months you do not work during an allowed service break period. After the first six consecutive months of employment, vacation will be earned at a rate of 12 hours for each month worked. The following table shows how vacation accumulates: |
